| Abstract: | This paper sums up the obtained achievements and existing problems in aspect of recent year's construction of Shanxi Sci-tech Innovation System (SSIS), puts forward the guiding thought and strategical model of the further construction of SSIS and the target system of SSIS, and advances some suggestions for the construction of SSIS. |
