| 摘 要： | 以地下水位数据采集与传输系统进行数据传输为例，介绍了基于VB6．0开发环境的串行通信系统设计，特别是对手机短消息通信方法的设计与实现进行了阐述。本程序设计方法具备一定的通用性，可广泛应用于其他计算机监控系统的设计。

| Abstract: | Taking the data collecting and transforming system of the groundwa te r level as the example, this paper introduces a serial communicating system desi gn based on the environment of the Visual Basic 6.0, especially expounds the des ign and realization of the mobile telephone's short message communication method . This program design method has certain commonality and can be applied in other designs about the computer monitoring system. |
