住区商业设施设计理念的更新

从商业设施使用者需求的发展和设计观念的更新入手，着重分析商业购销活动中消费者和经营者的心理需求、行为模式，提出商业设施的设计不能脱离消费行为和经营方式的变化，从购买空间与使用者需求的内在关系出发，才能创造出适应时代要求的商业设施。

Renewal of the Design Conception of Residential Areas' Commercial Facilities

Starting from the development of the requirements of commercial facilities' users and the renewal of design conception, this paper emphatically analyses on the psychological requirements and behavior models of the customers and operators in purchasing and marketing activities, and points out that the design of commercial facilities can't separate from the variation of consuming behaviors and operating models, and only the consideration of the internal relation between the purchasing space and users' requirement can create the commercial facility suiting to the requirements of the times.
