| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布和实施，为企业的招标投标活动提供了平等的竞争环境和有效的法律保障。文章对我国建设工程招标投标制度的形成、特点及意义进行了综合评述，并对招标投标的3种基本方式及其适用范围、招标投标的基本程序进行了重点叙述。
