| Abstract: | This paper expounds the importance of construction project cost management in construction project management, analyzes the situation of current management of construction enterprises, holding that the management of materials is the key link of project cost management, and introduces emphatically the concrete methods of promoting the construction with project method and practicing the project economic accounting system. |
