| Abstract: | Taking the pollution case of the Songhua River as an example,this paper probes into the failure of the economic theory,such as the market economics and the resource environment economics,in the treatment of water resource in the river basin,and advances some corresponding countermeasures for treating the water resource in the river basin of the Songhua River from the market economics and resource environment economics. |
