摘    要:根据我国高校的现状,人才流失不利于高校发展,青年教师流失的原因主要是收入较低、个人发展需要不能满足以及我国高校资金投入不足,而合理的职业规划可以有效解决高校青年教师的人才流失问题。

Abstract:According to the present situation of our country's colleges and universities,the outflow of the talents is unfavorable to the development of the colleges and universities.The main reasons of the outflow of the young teachers are that the income is lower,the requirements for the individual development can't be satisfied,and the fund input for the colleges and universities in China is insufficient,and the rational career planning can solve effectively the outflow of the young teachers.
