| 摘 要： | 将排队论基本原理和方法应用于图书馆流通服务系统,建立了图书流通服务排队系统模型,并基于标准M/M/1排队模型,从理论上给出了各项指标的计算公式,解决了图书流通服务系统中排队的求解问题,为有效地管理图书流通部门提供了科学的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Applying the basic principles and methods of the queueing theory into the circulation service system of library,this paper builds a model of circulation service queueing system of library,and based on standard M/M/1 queueing model,and gives the calculation formula for each index,solving the queueing problem in library＇s circulation service and proving the scientific theoretical basis for the effective management of circulation service system of library. |
