| Abstract: | The economic structural reform and political structural reform make our country enter a complicated social transformation period, and in this course a large number of social inferior groups occur. This paper analyzes the necessity and genesis of the occurrence of the existing social inferior groups, and further puts forward some main measures for helping the inferior groups at present. |
