A Framework of Network Public Opinion Content Analysis System Based on Knowledge Technology

This paper expounds the process of network public opinion content analysis and some works needed to be completed in content analysis phase, introduces in detail the paths for the construction of the framework of network public opinion content analysis system based on knowledge technology, that is to introduces the knowledge technology into the network public opinion content analysis process, to make a full integration of the key technologies such as the information pre-processing, information clustering and classifying, and orientation analysis, etc. with the related results such as the knowledge organization, knowledge representation, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge mining, etc. and to combine the ontology and semantic computing with public opinion analysis, establishing a framework of the network public opinion content analysis based on knowledge technology to improve the accuracy of network public opinion content analysis. The experimental results show that the network public opinion content analysis system achieves its ideal effect.
