| 摘 要： | 在分析长治市水资源开发利用现状和问题的基础上，依据落实科学发展观，实现人水和谐的要求，以水资源可持续利用促进经济社会的可持续发展为目标，从明确治水思路、搞好区域调配、建设节水社会、加强污染防治、完善政府职能、实施水环境监测诸方面提出了实现长治市水资源可持续利用的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the development and utilization of the water resources in Changzhi Cith, and according to the requirement of carrying out the conception of scientific development and realizing the harmoniousness between the water and the people, this paper puts forward some measures for realizing the sustainable utilization of the water resources in Changzhi City from aspects of making clear the idea of water control, doing well the regional rearrangement, building the water-saving-type society, strengthening the pollution control, perfecting the governmental function, and implementing the monitoring of the water environment, etc. |
