| Abstract: | Based on the statistical analysis on and comparison of the patent situation of the scientific research institutions inside and outside Shanxi Province, this paper points out that the patents' quantity of the scientific research institutions in Shanxi Province is small and the patents' structure is irrational, and advances some measures for increasing the quantity of application of the patents. |
