| Abstract: | This paper expounds that the innovation of the theory of the Library science, the innovation of the service conception and the innovation of the management conception are the important paths of the construction of university library, and points out that the innovation is a function of library's management, and the management, which must be innovated continuously, can have the new development and reach the new level. |
