| 摘 要： | 分析了我国企业职工养老保险制度存在的主要问题,提出了建立完善高效的养老保险制度的具体对策:遵循“低水平,广覆盖”的原则,建立绝大多数劳动者参加的可持续、低门槛、多形式的养老保险制度;尽快建立补充养老保险——企业年金,减少国家养老保险负担;加快社会保险基金管理;建立健全社会保障法制体系和社会保障的司法机制。
