| 摘 要： | 当前我国经济发展的长期性结构矛盾、体制矛盾、有效需求不足的矛盾、“三农”问题等在中部地区表现得相当突出，中部地区已成为我国经济发展的“凹地”。经过分析认为：制约中部地区经济发展的瓶颈。主要在于两个层面的制度缺陷，一是市场经济体制本身的基础性制度缺陷；二是政府经济管理制度的缺陷。

| Abstract: | At present, the middle part of China has become the depression of our country's economic development because the long-time structural contradiction, the mechanism contradiction, the shortage of effective demands, the problems of the agriculture, peasant and countryside in our country's economic development are very obvious. Through analysis, this paper holds that the bottleneck of restricting the regional economic development of the middle part of China is mainly the flaws on two levels, one is the fundamental system flaws of the market economic system itself, and the other is the flaws of the governmental economic management system. |
