| Abstract: | This paper describes the basic concepts of knowledge transfer,introduces two famous classical knowledge transfer models,and points out that understanding and applying the relevant theories and models of knowledge transfer possesses important significance for developing and utilizing various knowledge resources and knowledge carriers in knowledge-type society and for controlling the knowledge mastering and utilizing of the knowledge receivers. |
