| Abstract: | Making full use of the foreign periodicals can promote the teachers and researchers improve their ability of scientific research and enrich their knowledge. This paper analyses on the present situation of the utilization of the foreign periodicals in university library, and puts forward some measures for raising the utilization ratio of the foreign periodicals. |
