| Abstract: | This paper expounds the influences of exchange rate movement on the price of real estate,analyzes on the influences of exchange rate on the price of real estate from three aspects of the expected effect of RMB appreciation,fund influx effect and wealth effect,and points out that the interest rate marketing is good for the healthy development of real estate. |
