| 摘 要： | IP电话是将语音数据通过分组网络传输的，用分组网络作为会话者的主要通讯信道。呼叫中心是IP电话系统中一个重要的组成部分，其基本功能是帮助用户寻找当前网上的其他用户。为使用户区分什么是真正的分布式呼叫中心，并为日后良好的运营管理打下坚实的基础，从8个方面提出了衡量一个真正意义上的IP分布式呼叫中心的标准。

| Abstract: | IP phone transmits the voice data through the grouping network that is the main communication channel for the people in conversation. IPDCC is the important component of IP telephone system, and its basic function is helping the users to seek the other users on the network currently. In order to make the users mark off what is the real IPDCC and lay solid foundation for the future good operational management, this paper puts forward the standards of IPDCC in the true meaning from eight aspects. |
