摘    要:全民共享图书馆服务是基于图书馆对社会普遍开放、平等服务、以人为本的三大基本原则的时代要求。以全民共享理念为指导,大力推进图书馆的服务延伸、开拓创新,对提高图书馆社会效益有着积极意义。在全民共享理念指导下的数字图书馆服务取向,关键要把握好数字资源的开放性、网络保障的高效性和用户需求的个体性。

Abstract:Library Service’s universal access is a requirement of the age based on library’s three basic principles of opening generally to the society,offering equal service to each reader and putting people first.Taking the concept of universal access as the guiding principle,vigorously promoting the extension of library services and making exploration and innovation possess positive significance for enhancing library’s social benefits.The keys to digital library’s service orientation under the guidance of the concept of universal access are to grasp well the openness of the digital resources,the high efficiency of network security,and the individuality of users’ demands.
