耐热铝合金导线在输电线路中的应用

摘    要:耐热铝合金导线主要是以(超)耐热合金层绞合特殊钢芯的结构。利用(超)耐热铝合金导电和特殊钢芯受力相结合实现了低弧垂和增容特性。在输电线路进行增容改造时只要更换导线,就能实现1.6~2.0倍的输送容量而不增加弧垂;在新建线路时采用耐热导线通过减少截面也可降低线路本体投资。分析了耐热导线与钢芯铝绞线的弧垂特性,探讨了线路载流量与温度弧垂特性的关系,提出了耐热导线使用的基本原则。

Abstract:The structure of the heat-resisting aluminum alloy conductors is(super) heat-resisting alloy twisted with special steel core.The characteristics of low sag and capacity expansion are realized by the combination of electricity conducting of(super) heat resisting alloy and the force of special steel core.Changing the wires only in capacity expansion transformation of the transmission lines can reach 1.6~2.0 times capacity of transmission without sag increasing.Heat-resisting aluminum alloy conductors used in the newly built lines can reduce the line investment.This paper analyzes the sag characteristics of heat-resisting conductors and steel-cored aluminum strand,probes into the relationship between the carrying capacity of lines and temperature sag characteristics,and puts forward some basic principles of using heat-resisting conductors.
