基于虚拟模具技术的铸造过程热应力分析

摘    要:为了在铸造过程中有效分析预测裂纹倾向、变形和残余应力,从而为铸造工艺设计人员提供改进、优化工艺的科学依据,保证铸件尺寸精度及稳定性,提高铸件质量,提出了虚拟模具技术。虚拟模具技术仅使用了铸件部分的有限元网格分析铸造过程中的热应力。在虚拟模具技术中,弹簧杆单元是用来考虑铸件和模具的接触,一般来说,模具的体积相比铸件大得多,因此该方法能够大量减少网格数,节省大量的计算内存和时间。通过与传统的接触相比较,验证了该技术是可行的。

Abstract:In order to make effective analysis and prediction of crack tendency, deformation and residual stress in the casting process,provide scientific evidences for casting process designers in improvement and optimization of process,and ensure the castings’ dimension accuracy and stability,and improve the castings’ quality, the virtual mould technology was put forward. This technology uses only partial finite element mesh of castings to analyze the thermal stress in the casting process. In the virtual molds,the spring rod unit is used to consider the contact between castings and moulds. In general,the volume of mould is much bigger than that of castings,so this method can reduce greatly the grid number,save large amount of calculation memory and time. Through comparing with traditional contact,this technique is proved to be feasible.
