| 摘 要： | 21世纪计算机网络技术的应用,使传统的高校图书馆阅览服务受到强烈的冲击和挑战。在概述高校图书馆生存现状的基础上,指出高校图书馆不能坐等资金和技术的支持,应从管理和服务创新入手,加强软实力建设,力争满足高校师生的各种文献信息需求。
