| 摘 要： | IT项目是知识密集型活动,IT项目组织实施知识管理的水平高低,对IT项目的成功实施起着至关重要的作用。因此,进行IT项目中和知识管理的应用绩效评价,为提高项目组织知识管理实施水平提供依据。分析了IT项目组织实施知识管理的主要流程及相关内容,针对4个主要流程的内容构建了IT项目知识管理应用的绩效评价体系,介绍了如何用综合赋权法和灰色关联度模型进行IT项目知识管理应用的绩效评价。
