高校女性图书馆员群体现状调查分析

女性图书馆员作为高校教师构成中占有较大比例的一个特殊群体,研究其群体特征具有重要的意义。从2005年开始,调查跟踪四川省10所高校图书馆女性馆员的现状,采用多种研究方法对她们的工作压力、幸福指数、事业发展状况以及她们对高校人文环境的评价、对社会层面的关注方向等方面进行了综合调查分析,拟对现代高校人才工程的建设、图书馆员知识结构和专业结构的建设有所贡献。
