| 摘 要： | 分析了政府知识产权战略的实施给大学图书馆信息服务带来的机遇与挑战,指出大学图书馆可以从建立高等院校专利信息机构知识库、开展竞争情报服务和与本地主导行业合作研建知识产权专题数据库等方面,为政府知识产权战略提供服务。
