| 摘 要： | 个性化服务是利用现代通信技术、网络技术,结合用户的个性化需求,以面向个人的方式有针对性地提供服务。根据中国民航大学图书馆用户需求问卷调查结果,结合工作实际,提出了开展高校图书馆个性化服务的对策和措施。
