| 摘 要： | 编码器和传感器对外界的干扰比较敏感。在营口中试基地的方圆坯连铸机和20MN快锻机调试过程中发现仅靠电缆屏蔽层抗干扰是不够的,关键是要选择正确的屏蔽层接地方式、接地点数量和接地点位置。

| Abstract: | The encoder and sensor is sensitive to outside interference. In the debugging process of square round billet cast machine and 20 MN fast forging machine in Yingkou Pilot Scale Test Base, it is found that only using cable shield layer is not enough to resist interference, and the key is to choose the correct shield grounding method and the number and position of grounding points. |
