我国国际收支的结构特点及其成因分析

进入20世纪90年代以来,尤其是从1994年至今,中国的国际收支出现了经常账户和资本与金融账户持续的“双顺差”(1998年除外,该年资本与金融账户为逆差),这种情形在国际经验中并不多见。开放经济下这种“双顺差”的国际收支结构有其特征、形成原因,亦反映出我国宏观经济运行中存在的问题。

Analysis on the Structural Features of Our Country's International Balance and Their Causes

Since entering 90's of 20th century,especially from 1994 to today,the continuous "double favorable balance" between the current account and the capital-financial account often occurs in Chinese international balance(except 1998,in this year the capital-financial account is unfavorable balance),such situation is rarely seen in international experiences.This kind of international balance structure of "double favorable balance" under the opening economy,which has its own features and formation causes,reflects the problems existing in the operation of our country's macroscopic economy.
