| Abstract: | The equivalent static wind load (ESWL) is important for the wind-resistant design of practical structures. The wind-load codes of different countries and areas are different. This paper compares the calculating methods of wind load in the wind load codes of mainland of China and Hong Kong Area, the conclusions drawn from which provide the theoretical bases for related researches and designs. |
