| Abstract: | More and more countries in the world have paid attention to sci-tech estimation, and sci-tech estimation has got rapid development in China. Sci-tech estimation is an important method to accelerate sci-tech progress, and the supporting system of sci-tech estimation is the foundation for sci-tech estimation. Shanxi Province should build supporting system for sci-tech estimation as soon as possible for the purpose of promoting the sci-tech progress and economic development. |
