| 摘 要： | Internent时代图书馆的服务方式和服务内容都发生了深刻的变化。比较了图书馆传统的参考咨询工作和网络环境下的参考咨询工作的不同特点，提出了一些促进二者相互融合，顺利转变并有利于图书馆网络化发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The methods and contents of library service in the age of Internet h ave been changed greatly. This Paper compares the different features of the refe rence and consultant services of the traditional library and the reference and c onsultant services under the network environment, and puts forward some counterm easures for promoting the mutual coalescence and smooth transformation of the tw o kinds of reference and consultant services, and for the networking development of the library. |
