| Abstract: | This paper introduces the triple helix theory,makes the strategic analysis on the development of Chin＇as low-carbon economy by using the triple helix theory,and puts forward some ideas for developing the low-carbon economy in China from the aspects of giving full play to the leading function of government in low-carbon economy,strengthening the social responsibility of enterprise,and bring the functions of university into full play in low-carbon economy. |
