水热法合成ZnO微晶纳米片及其光致发光性质研究

摘    要:以Zn金属片为源物,采用水热法合成了ZnO微晶纳米片,并用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜和选区电子衍射花样表征了所制备的ZnO纳米结构.利用HITACHIF F-7000荧光光度计测试了不同条件下制备的微晶纳米片的室温光致发光性质,探讨了不同反应温度、时间及添加剂浓度对产物形貌的影响.

Abstract:This paper fabricates ZnO microcrystal nanoplates utilizing Zn metal through hydrothermal process, characterizes the morphology and structure of synthesized ZnO nanostructures by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and SAED, measures the photoluminescence (PL)properties of the ZnO nanoplates prepared at different reaction conditions, and studies theinfluences of different reactiontemperatures,reactiontimes andconcentrations of additives onthemorphologyof products.
