摘    要:培养创新创业型人才是社会发展对高校提出的一种更高的要求,也是高校未来发展的一种趋势.为了适应这一趋势,高校需要重新构建内部组织机构体系,并相互协调,形成一个有效的生态系统.图书馆作为聚集知识与信息的资源平台,需要在优化现有资源与服务方式的基础上,通过资源特色化、服务特色化,成为高校培养创新创业型人才的积极参与者.

Existing Problems in and Coping Countermeasures for University Library's Cultivation of Innovative&Entrepreneurial Talents
Abstract:To cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a higher requirement proposed by the social development to colleges and universities, which is a trend of the future development of colleges and universities. In order to adapt to this trend, colleges and universities need to reconstruct their internal organization mechanism and form an effective ecological system through inter-coordination. The library, as a resources platform gathering the knowledge and information, needs to become an active participant in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents through characteristic resources and services on the basis of optimizing the current resources and service mode.
