Considerations about the Reconstruction of University Students ' Reading and Learning Belief under the New Changes

This paper expounds the new changes of the reading in the new media environment and the reading status of university students, analyzes the relationship between the reading and university students' learning belief, and puts forward some strategies for reconstructing univrsity students' learning belief from the aspects of strengthening the self-improvement of university students, keeping the passion of learning, and actively creating a campus culture with learning atmosphere, etc.
