浅议高校图书馆的人本管理

阐述了知识经济时代,高校图书馆引入“以人为本”的管理理念,实施人本管理的必要性,针对目前高校图书馆管理工作中普遍存在的缺乏人本管理的现象,从建立参与化管理制度、健全培训制度、完善激励机制、营造和谐的人际关系等方面提出了高校图书馆实行人本管理的有效途径。

Discussion on the Humanistic Management of University Library

This paper expounds the necessity of introducing the people-based managerial concept into university library and carrying out the humanistic management in the knowledge economy times,and in the light of that the phenomenon of being short of the humanistic management commonly in the current management of university library,puts forward some effective measures for implementing the humanistic management from aspects of establishing the participating management system,amplifying the training system,perfecting the motivation mechanism,building the harmonious interpersonal relationship,etc.
