| 摘 要： | 科技期刊是宣传、报道、研究科学技术成果的主要渠道,是学习、收集、积累科技信息的重要途径.科技期刊编辑素质的高低,决定着期刊的质量.阐述了新形势下科技期刊编辑应具备的素质,提出了科技期刊编辑素质优化的途径,指出科技期刊编辑只有不断提高自身素质,才能适应新时期对科技期刊编辑的要求.

| Abstract: | The sci-tech periodical is a main channel for publicizing and reporting the scientific research achievements, and also is an important path for learning, collecting and accumulating the sci-tech information. The quality of the editors of the sci-tech periodicals determines the quality of the sci-tech periodicals. This paper expounds the qualities that the editors of the sci-tech periodicals should possess, puts forward some paths for optimizing the qualities of the editors of the sci-tech periodicals, and points out that in order to fit in with the requirements of the new age for the editors of the sci-tech periodicals, the editors of the sci-tech periodicals must continuously improve their own qualities. |
