摘    要:为将烟厂生产过程中产生的异味气体高效净化,达到符合国家排放标准的要求,采用以液体作为吸收媒介的新式空气净化器,净化异味气体中的吡啶、非甲烷总烃及刺激性成分。结果表明:经该型空气净化器处理后,吡啶去除率〉99%,非甲烷总烃去除率〉79%,臭气浓度去除率〉92%。

Abstract:In order to purify effectively the malodorous gases occurring in the production of cigarette factory and meet the requirements of state standard of effluent discharge, this paper adopts the new-type air purifier with the liquid as the catcher to purify the pyridine, NMHC (non-methane hydro-carbon)and irritant components in the malodorous gases.The results show that after the treatment with this type of air purifier, the removal rate of pyridine is more than 99 percent, the removal rate of NMHC is more than 79 percent, and the removal rate of malodorous gases is more than 92 percent.
