| 摘 要： | 电子政务是为了适应信息时代政府职能转变而产生的,政府网站是当今改进政府组织、重组公共管理最有效的表现形式。介绍了电子政务的内涵,从信息服务的角度分析了建设好政府网站的用户评价因素,提出了改进政府网站服务的建议。

| Abstract: | E-government is generated to adapt to the transformation of governmental functions in information times;the government website is the most effective presentation form of improving the governmental organizations and reorganizing the public management.This paper introduces the connotation of E-government,analyzes the user appraisal factors of doing well the government website construction from the angle of information service,and puts forward some advices for improving the quality of the service. |
