| 摘 要： | 阐述了情景、情境感知和主动服务的概念,介绍了基于情景感知的主动服务的研究及应用现状,探讨了符合政府特点的基于情景感知的服务模型,指出政府主动服务模型的使用,既可提升政府形象和政府服务能力,又推进了政府职能转变,使公众的办事效率随之得到提升。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concepts of the context, context awareness and initiative service, introduces the current research and application status of the initiative service based on context awareness, probes into the context awareness based service model conforming to the characteristics of the government, and points out that the application of government initiative service model can not only improve the government image and service ability but also promote the change of government function, and make the public efficiency be improved accordingly. |
