| 摘 要： | 从概念上来讲，图书馆管理分为刚性管理与柔性管理两种。柔性管理的运作过程中。要以良好的形象影响读者，以广博的知识折服读者，同时要将柔性管理与刚性管理有机结合，从而达到一种高境界的完美的管理。

| Abstract: | In aspect of the conception, the management of the library can be divided into two kinds, flexible management and rigid management. In the course of carrying out the flexible management, the librarians should make influence on the readers with the excellent image and convince the readers with the extensive knowledge, and should make organic combination of flexible management and rigid management for the purpose of reaching a high-level and perfect management. |
