| Abstract: | The procurement through public bidding is one of the main methods for book procurement in recent years.Through summarizing the working practice,this paper analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of book procurement through public bidding,and puts forward some measures for solving the problems occurring at the beginning of the public bidding. |
