The constant occurrence of the patent pool makes enterprise＇ s patent strategy face a new environment. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper discusses the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the member enterprises of patent pool in implementing the patent strategy, and from microcosmic angle, medium angle and macroscopic angle, probes into the influence of the patent pool, a new environment.
