| 摘 要： | 介绍了计算机管理档案信息的特点,分析了文化系统档案管理数字化的必要性,阐述了文化系统档案管理数字化的流程和关键技术,指出档案管理数字化将促使档案管理从保管和利用职能向信息采集、信息服务和信息管理职能转变,将有利于档案信息资源的开发利用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the features of computer-based archive information management,analyzes the necessity of the digitalization of archives management in cultural system,expounds the procedures and key technologies of the digitalization of archives management in cultural system,and points out that the digitalization of archives management will promote the transformation of archives management from the functions of archives storage and utilization into the functions of information collection,information service and information management,being beneficial to the development and utilization of archive information resources. |
