Probe into the Mutual Promotion between the Cultivation of Library's Soft Power and Nonprofit Utilization of Information Resources

In the light of the problems existing in constructing library’s soft power and promoting the utilization of library’s information resources,this paper probes into the approaches and measures foro promoting the cultivation of library’s soft power and the diffusion of library’s cultural information,and puts forward some countermeasures for mutually promoting the development of library’s soft power cultivation and information resources diffusion.
