高等学校新生入馆教育后的跟踪培训

摘    要:大多数高校在新生入学教育中都安排了形式不同的入馆教育,通过入馆教育让学生认识到图书馆在大学生活中的地位及其在高校教学与科研创新活动中的重要作用,并掌握利用图书馆的最基本方法。但新生入馆教育只是信息素质教育的初级阶段,更重要的还在于随后结合专业学习进程进行的有针对性的相关培训活动和跟踪辅导。在实施过程中,要注意现代信息环境的变化,同时要重视调查研究,分析学生的信息需求,并应充分利用多媒体技术辅助教学作用,从而增强培训效果。为达到预期效果,要注意师资队伍素质的提高,以适应现代信息素质教育的要求。

Abstract:Most university libraries have arranged freshmen’s library entry education with different forms in freshmen’s university entry education.Freshmen’s library entry education can make freshmen know the position of the library in their learning life the importance of the library in university’s teaching and scientific research activities,and make them master the most fundamental methods to utilize the library.But the library entry education only is a primary stage of information capacity education,the more important thing is the follow-up education connecting with freshmen’s professional learning process.In the implementation process,must pay attention to the changes of modern information environment,emphasize investigations and researches,analyze the information demands of students,and make full use of multimedia-aided technology in teaching,and thus improve the training effectiveness.In order to achieve the desired results,should pay attention to improving the quality of the teaching staff to meet the requirements of modern information education.
