| Abstract: | The utilization of the middle-water has the actual necessity and feasibility for solving the problem of the water-shortage in Taiyuan City. And the utilization of the middle-water should be promoted through working out the perfect laws and regulations system, establishing the scientific and rational water-price system, smoothening the managerial relation of the urban water industry, and cultivating the middle-water market system, etc. |
