摘    要:工作分析在人力资源管理中发挥着巨大的作用,工作分析的准确应用,将有效提高企业的绩效能力。从工作分析的内容及作用出发,阐述了工作分析在企业绩效管理中的应用,探讨了如何有效地开展工作分析,以提高员工的绩效水平。

Abstract:The job analysis plays an important role in human resource management,and the accurate application of job analysis will improve enterprise's performance competencies eefectively.Starting from the contents and functions of the job analysis,this paper expounds the application of the job analysis in enterprise's performance management,and proves into how to carry out effectively the job analysis for increasing employees'performance level.
