| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the features and processing course of th e gear wheel with hard alloy tooth surface, introduces the structure and the cutti ng principle of the hard alloy hobbing cutter, and the superiority of the hard a lloy hobbing cutter in aspect of processing the gear wheel with hard alloy tooth surface, analyzes the economic benefit brought about by the hard alloy hobbing cutter, and points out that the hard alloy hobbing cutter possesses wide popular izing and applying value in the production. |
